Fitness at work

Nowadays many sophisticated companies consider their employees' health and well being the biggest factor of success. Running in a group not only improves health  but also the team spirit. During our training sessions the participants get familiar with correct running techniques, questions about proper diet and nutrition, as well as the right gear are answered.

Individual interviews with each member of the running team give me the chance to learn about  health status, personal goals and to work out ways of improvement. This way every single participant can become more powerful in sport, job and daily life.
